Carl Pei’s Nothing startup reportedly acquires Essential smartphone brand

OnePlus co-founder Carl Pei started his new consumer technology startup called 'Nothing' last month. Headquartered in London, the startup will focus on developing smart and connected consumer electronics. The company has also confirmed that it will launch a pair of wireless headphones this summer.
