McDonald's to start taking orders on WhatsApp in Delhi-NCR

The feature is expected to launch in the North and East regions of McDonald’s in India, but it is currently available in Delhi-NCR region. The initiative is to provide customers with more convenience and 100% contactless service, the company said in a statement.
