Here's why Uber will ban users from taking cabs

There’s an episode in Netflix’s brilliant series Black Mirror where people can rate each other on every interaction they have. The ratings then have an impact on various things you do. For instance, if your rating is below a certain level then you can’t book a flight ticket.
