All Android smartphones are vulnerable to this flaw except for that 0.1 %

Android smartphones being subject to vulnerabilities is something we hear after every few weeks and those who are keeping a track of the industry should be well-aware about it. The list however, expands with a new-found flaw that will let hackers track nearly any Android smartphone in this world. As found by the Nightwatch Cybersecurity website, nearly all the Android smartphones are affected with this flaw except for the 0.1%.
