Samsung is working on Apple’s FaceID-like camera feature, here’s the proof

While Apple is being said to completely ditch one of the biometric methods of unlocking its iPhone this year, Samsung doesn’t seem to be far behind. The South Korean tech giant has been granted a patent, found by Patently Mobile, wherein the company has described a device that will use a FaceID-like feature. The tech is being called as the ‘Biometric camera system’ in the 2014 filing which is now granted by US Patent Office.
