Samsung tops worldwide smartphones sales despite slowdown: Gartner

Samsung emerged as the leader in smartphones sales across the world in the first quarter of the year 2018. However, sales have dipped from Q1 2017, the American research and advisory firm Gartner said on Tuesday.
